Andrea Scrobel

As Director of Operations, Andrea delivers a service-oriented approach to operating a diverse portfolio. She ensures the alignment of operational activities with the firms strategic goals.

Prior to joining Heimat, Andrea spent 29 years operating commercial properties nationwide in all asset classes including multi-family, office, industrial, medical, military, pharmaceutical and retail. Throughout her career she has managed, constructed and developed assets both on behalf of clients and as an owner/operator which affords her a unique ability to understand the built environment from a wholistic perspective.
