Andrea Scrobel

As Director of Property Management Services, Andrea delivers a service-oriented approach to operating a diverse portfolio. She is responsible for all aspects of the property life cycle with the goal of maximizing value and efficiency while ensuring financial goals and expectations are met.

Prior to joining Heimat, Andrea spent 29 years operating commercial properties nationwide in all asset classes including multi-family, office, industrial, medical, military, pharmaceutical and retail. Throughout her career she has managed, constructed and developed assets both on behalf of clients and as an owner/operator which affords her a unique ability to understand the built environment from a wholistic perspective.
