As Director of Acquisitions & Development, Bridget is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of property acquisitions and development, overseeing underwriting and structuring – from initial concept planning through project completion. Prior to joining Heimat, Bridget led the development of multifamily communities across the U.S. for a top-tier national developer. Bridget holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
