Joel Zyhowski

As Director of Finance and Accounting, Joel is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operational aspects of Heimat’s accounting needs.  Joel helps formulate and execute financial policies and procedures to ensure the safety, security and growth of company assets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.  Joel also leads Heimat’s internal accounting team, overseeing property level financial reporting and accounting.

Prior to joining Heimat, Joel spent six years as an Audit Manager with a prominent public accounting firm.
