Marilyn Herzberg

As Director of Property Management, Marilyn oversees both service delivery and the team of staff responsible for operating Heimat’s diverse commercial portfolio.  Marilyn holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) professional designation, the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) professional designation and both a Minnesota and Wisconsin Real Estate Brokers License.  She is active on local and national boards in several organizations and is well respected in the community for her professional approach to real estate management. 

Prior to joining Heimat, Marilyn dedicated 30 years to growing real estate services companies, overseeing the management of ongoing business operations and properties across North America.
